1 year and counting. We celebrated the day before as Jenn had to work. We went to the whitewater center for the day and out to a nice italian restaurant for dinner. And yes, we had our top layer of the cake. The icing was awful, but the cake itself wasn't too bad.
Congratulations you two! We lost our wedding cake top so never got to try year old icing :)
