I figured a good place to start our blog would be our wedding. After dating for almost 5 years, and being engaged for 1 1/2 of those years, Jenn and I finally tied the knot on June 19, 2009. We were blessed with a wedding that went off without any problems and had a great turnout of family and friends. The winner of furthest traveled went to my brother Nate who came all the way from New Zealand to be my best man, but we also had people from North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, California, Georgia, Ohio, and Maryland. I wish we could have spent more than just an afternoon and morning with our guests, though. It was an exhausting day, but well worth all the work put into it (by Jenn).
